French term

cumul d'indemnités

Non-PRO French to English Other Insurance
This is a clause heading in an insurance policy. I wonder whether it should actually read "non-cumul d'indemnités" as the clause reads "aucun accident ne peut donner droit simultanément au versement des capitaux deces accidentel et invalidité permanente". I gather this means that compensation cannot be cumulated, but am wondering whether there is a specific term for this in the insurance industry. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Aggregation of Benefits

I agree that it would be clearer if it were headed "Non-Aggregation of Benefits"
