Spanish term

cualidad ordinaria de sin perjuicio

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general)
The whole phrase is:
"se acepta con la cualidad ordinaria de sin perjuicio, practíquense las diligencias que en la misma se interesan y, verificado, devuélvase a su procedencia"

I'd be grateful for any ideas.

civil quality of no prejudice

It does sound a bit odd though... probably just lawyer speak.

Perhaps something more along the lines of: "civil quality of non-detriment", but that sounds a bit vague too.
sin perjuicio: sin perjuicio para su salud without detriment to his health (frml); sin
