If this is in the actual invoice and made by the vendor, I suspect this might be some kind of an error. The buyer does not make deposits with reference number, but pays the bill with bank transfer with reference number.

There is no google hit for 'viitepano'. It apparently is a make-shift-used-once word. It can be interpreted as "we are referring here to the bank transfer/deposit". Although, I admit, this interpretation is a little bit stretched.
