Diane: You need to look at your own reference from John Lewis - it clearly says "breathable" and if they don't know English, who does??

"Breathable" means that it can be breathed by a breathing being (breathable/unbreathable air)
"Breathing" means it has the capacity to breathe

We have misunderstood...I have translated "impermeable" as "air permeable" and "respirante" as "breathable"; there is nothing wrong with the latter, but the former is questionable, particularly in my hurry..//Look at the UK Refs.
