The Management Employee may further be dismissed without a period of notice and without the right to compensation in the following cases:

• if he/she has been convicted to a prison sentence or a more serious sentence by final judgment and it concerns an intentionally committed criminal offence which is prosecuted ex officio;
• if he/she violates the business secret according to article 17;
