I should have written 'As Callista Rose noted the day before yesterday...'

As Callista Rose noted yesterday, this is almost certainly a transfer in December 1980 of the "constitution" of the company to Salon de Provence, 50km-odd up the A7 from Marseille.

moved registered office to Salon/ transfer of (the) registered office

It could be that the company moved to "Salon" (probably Salon de Provence near Marseilles which makes sense since the company was in Marseilles before and that Nouvelles Affiches seems to be a local paper).
"moved" may be somewhat of a lame translation, I think "transfer of the registered office" can be said (for example http://ec.europa.eu/internal_market/company/seat-transfer/in...
Also because of the way your text is written you may drop some words and say for example Moved to Salon or Transferred to Salon.
Hope it helps:).
