Spanish term

Incoterm DDA (depósito distinto aduanero)

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Taxation & Customs Incoterm
I am looking for the English equivalent of the incoterm above. It is included in a supply agreement.

"Los pedidos serán entregados en los almacenes que xx determine en España (Incoterm DDA-Depósito distinto aduanero)".

Any ideas?

Incoterm DDP Delivered Duty Paid

Incoterms are a set of uniform rules defining cost and risk obligations of buyer and seller in international trade. There are only 13 of these and DDA is not amongst them. (see link) But since it states delivery is distinct/different from the customs warehouse I am assuming that the goods will have already passed through customs and duty therefore paid. If the duty is not paid by the exporter then the incoterm would be DDU.

IBFD: “Customs warehouses (Depósitos Aduaneros) are defined as those qualified for use as customs examination and clearance areas specifically designed for warehousing and/or processing of goods with temporary suspension of, or exemption from,
payment of customs duties. The factories of qualifying exporting entities are considered as areas approved for customs entry and clearance of imported goods and thus open to permanent inspection by the customs authorities”
