This is pretty much the usual brief disclaimer, this time contained in a brochure describing an office property currently under construction.
The German reads: "Alle Angaben in dieser Broschüre beziehen sich auf den aktuellen Stand März 2008. Eine Gewähr für die Richtigkeit der Angaben wird nicht übernommen."
My question relates to the second part, which I am tempted to translate as "Errors and omissions excepted". Would this be to "free" a translation? (I could of course use a more literal phrasing along the lines of "We assume no guarantee whatsoever [No guarantee whatsoever is assumed] as to the accuracy/correctness of this information.")
Any native-speaker thoughts/responses are most welcome.

I think it's a question of context. In a brochure which is not too legalese then "E & O E" is ok - but I wouldn't use it in a contract.
