its the heading of one section of a newsletter about a holiday resort that a company is constructing and advertising in order to sell.
the company organises trips for (potential) buyers so that they can see the work being carried out on the resort and the area in which it is located.
is this viewing trip or prospection trip?
prospection seems more technical to me... whereas i understand that the company just wants to show the area to its buyers and potential buyers.
this is for a US English-speaking market.
