Thank you very much, Marian,. "Member Non Recourse Debt Minimum Gain, has the meaning set forth in Regulation Section 1.704-2(i)(3). Member Non Recourse Minimum Gain shall be computed separately for each Member and Economic Interest Owner in a manner consistent with the Regulations under Code Section 704 (b)."
