Spanish term
repercutirán los impuestos
Spanish to English
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
En un contrato de arrendamiento, apartado "renta":
La primera renta se meritará el día ***** y se fija en la total suma de ***** euros mensuales. A la dicha suma se repercutirán los impuestos legalmente exigibles en cada momento.
¿Hya alguna ffórmula formal para esto de "repercutirán los impuestos"?
Había pensado en: "The legally required taxes will be applied to this sum when appropriate" pero no me termina de convencer.
¿Qué creéis?
Gracias

I would run the two sentences into each other, drastically shortening the second.
"...............a total sum of XXX euros plus the legally applicable taxes."
The "en cada momento" is a favourite phrase in Spanish which adds nothing to the meaning. Of course it's "en cada momento" - you can't apply a tax which is no longer applicable or still not in existence.
When it IS justified, the translation would be "from time to time".
But in this case it's just padding.
And in Spanish you don't say "la dicha suma" - just "dicha suma"
My take,
Andy
