I hear this expresson all the time, but usually in singular form. I like Thomas' idea, but wanted to offer this more literal translation. What goes around comes around is just like reaping what one sows. They both DO have negative connotation, usually, which is turned around in this text to mean something positive. Perhaps the same could be done with the expression I've listed. :)

So is it better to use "se" in this case?

"What goes around comes around because $0.25 from every Epoch® Baobab Body Butter sale will be donated to the Nu Skin® Force for Good Foundation® for the Malawi Seeds of Hope project. Life would be insupportable in some parts of Africa without the baobab tree. One baobab can store as much as 120 thousand litres of water in its swollen trunk. During the dry season, these living reservoirs provide water and nourishment to the communities that surround them - keeping the communities alive. The Malawi Seeds of Hope reforestation initiative will focus on planting and conserving trees in local villages, providing a precious resource for the people of Malawi."
