Amigos, necesito ayuda con estos términos. La justicia penal es el área que trata los casos que se penan con la prisión. La justicia civil es el área que trata los casos que piden una reparación económica. Por ejemplo, si mataran a mi hijo (que no tengo, por eso me animo a poner este ejemplo!), yo puedo hacer un juicio en la justicia penal, para que encarcelen al asesino, y luego hacerlo por la justicia civil, para pedir compensación económica por el dolor que sufrí. Como decirlo en inglés? Muchas Gracias!! Virginia.
