sens de la gagne/ma foi/très personnel
ma foi = à mon avis
la "gagne" = l'ambition, la volonté de réussir. Le sens de la gagne = ici, la façon dont on cherche à s'imposer, à se distinguer des autres, à réussir sa carrière.
le manager dit que l'employé s'implique déjà beaucoup, même s'il considère qu'il a une façon très personnelle de s'impliquer...
