Thank you so much, Liz:) You should agree with "except for the" too, since in Spanish "quedando a salvo" is just and old construction for the modern and currently more preferred "salvo", which means "excepto". Regards!

I'm with you on that too. "Moral rights" are "derechos morales;" and obviously, they didn't want to go that far in the original. They were very careful not to put the word "derechos" there, and I think the translation should keep that intention. Regards!

reconocimiento moral implica necesariamente que el autor tiene 'derechos' morales sobre su obra. ¿Tanto te molestó mi justificación que cambiaste un 'neutral' por un 'disagree' sin dar más explicaciones? El texto dice "moral acknowledgment".
