compensa per intero

Italian to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
From a court ruling on a divorce case, after the ruling has been explained:

I'm assuming this means that each party bears all of their own costs, but none of my sources confirm or deny this...can anyone provide further explanation here?

costs to be borne equally by the parties

You're right
Another alternative: costs to be shared equally between the parties

This talks about the fact that the judge can award costs against the losing party, or share out the costs as best he or she sees fit:

Soccombenza [Principio della] (d. p. civ.) artt. 90-98 c.p.c.

indemnifies in full

Indemnifies in full the expenses. Need more context for the "spesa tra le parti" part.

Another possibility:

"cost to be paid will be equally divided between all parties"

Thanks a lot!
disagree Grace Anderson : Who indemnifies what? This is a court ruling. No more context needed - it is clear that "indemnity" is not relevant
