Die Belieferung der eigenen Tochterunternehmen basiert auf Verrechnungspreis-Modellen, die den steuerlichen Erfordernissen gerecht werden. Eine wesentliche Grundlage ist der Vergleich der Preisstellung der eigenen Tochtergesellschaften mit Drittkunden. Unter Einbeziehung von Volumeneffekten und Kosteneinsparungen in der Abwicklung von Umsätzen mit verbundenen Unternehmen halten die aktuell bestehenden Verrechnungspreise diesem Drittvergleich stand.
Die Belieferung erfolgt zu Preisen, die aus heutiger Sicht einem Drittvergleich, bei Berücksichtigung gleicher Mengengerüste, standhalten.

the idea being that the prices are not unfairly cheaper than for the rest of the market.
