French term

entregent

Interpersonal skill is required to develop a network of contacts in central agencies and the community of government suppliers within Canada.
Peer comment(s):

agree Anne Goff : Though this term is, I believe, almost always plural - "interpersonal skills" like the less formal equivalent "people skills"

thanks
neutral Sandra Petch : This works for people but I don't think an official body (the "organisme X") can be said to have interpersonal skills.

Thanks to introductions from X

I agree with Mohan's answer but I don't think it can be used in this business context.

Example:
http://www.fipp.com/Default.aspx?PageIndex=2002&ItemId=47
For two weeks in September I visited Croatia, Serbia Montenegro, Romania and Ukraine. Thanks to introductions from FIPP Board members Fabrizio D¡¯Angelo (Croatia, Serbia and Romania) and Victor Skhulev (Ukraine), I met most major players in each market and enjoyed great hospitality from publishers clearly proud of their countries and their magazines.

Alternatively, you could perhaps say that X opened doors for them.
