Common Pleas

Law (general)
common law court
The Court of Common Pleas was a common law court in the English legal system before the reforms of the Judicature Act 1873. In the United States only Pennsylvania has courts of common pleas with the authority to hear all civil and criminal cases. In most states courts of common pleas have been abolished and their jurisdiction transferred to district, circuit, or superior courts.
The Courts of Common Pleas are Pennsylvania's courts of general trial jurisdiction. They have existed since the colonial charter of Pennsylvania, and are incorporated in the Pennsylvania Constitution of 1776.
Although it is a proper name, however, my client wants it translated (not transliterated.)
Thanks in advance

Court of Common Pleas
Selected
محكمة كافة الدعاوى، محكمة دعاوى الشرع المشاع، محكمة كافة دعاوى الشرع المشاع
Based on the description you provided, the name implies one of two things:
- that it was a court with the authority to hear all civil and criminal cases: If that is the point behind the name, then I would recommend محكمة كافة الدعاوى
- that it was a common law court: If that is the point behind the name then I would recommend محكمة دعاوى الشرع المشاع
A word to the wise: You will find many sources on the internet translating "Common Law" as القانون العام. This is a false translation that has nothing to do with the meaning of the expression "Common Law."
Check with your client and find out which of the above two recommnedations is closer to the intended meaning (assuming they know). If they do not know, I woud recommned combinng the two:
محكمة كافة دعاوى الشرع المشاع
