With just over 900 Google hits, the term "hidromensura" does not appear to be very common. Nonetheless, its meaning would appear to be related to "surveying" and "measurement." As for the suggestions I've made above, an exact-phrase search (i.e., a search using quotation marks) of any one of them gets only hundreds of hits (as well), which might suggest that, as course titles, these terms may be similarly uncommon in English (as the topics covered are likely to be included in courses with different, perhaps less specific, names).
