To break national as well as regional landlockings
"Enclavement", landlocking, is a geographical feature: it is a form of isolation, but it is not isolation by itself.
A country can be deeply isolated without being necessarily landlocked (Erythrea), or landlocked without being totally isolated (Burkina Faso).
Therefore my proposal...
In my understanding, I see most translations suggested until now as applying to the consequences of unlocking, rather than to the very fact of unlocking.
NOTA: I'll be most interested by all possible comments...
A country can be deeply isolated without being necessarily landlocked (Erythrea), or landlocked without being totally isolated (Burkina Faso).
Therefore my proposal...
