Please note: the word "cote" here has no accents whatsoever (ni circonflexe, ni aigu). It generally means quotes (of stocks), ratings, etc... I don't understand its use in the context of blood tests. I have a suggestion but I'll wait for feedback first.
Context: Criminal investigation. The examining magistrate ordered an expert commission to conduct some testing on the crime scene (blood tests, DNA fingerprints etc...). In the report by the expert to the judge, the expert states:
...j'ai repondu à cinq demandes de la mission, à savoir:
1) la lecture des cotes D435 à D436 concernant les examens sanguins;
2) l'attache avec les enqueteurs
etc...
I need help with "lecture des cotes" et "l'attache"

Interpretation of the elements
My guess is that 'lecture' is not literally 'reading' in this case, but interpreting the significance of these blood stains.
