The way I see it, "pasaje de conocimiento" in the context above is a mere way to say that you are going to teach something to a group of people, because it is about a workshop.
"Transferencia de conocimiento" although can mean the same thing has a difference. "Knowledge Transfer" is also and known as a technical term, as explained here:
