Si l’Entreprise Générale est couverte par une police d’assurance “tous risques” dont le sous-traitant peut
également profiter, le sous-traitant remboursera X pour les primes qu’il n’a pas à payer à
son assureur pour les mêmes risques.
Le sous-traitant s’engage à respecter les conditions reprises dans la police ABR.
