Discharge from Liability
Also used in other contexts, especially in Auditor's reports. In this case, you have a disclaimer found in many insurance documents which indicated that the insurance company will disclaim any liability in the event of war, riot or insurrection.

Exempel:
Force Majeure
A party shall be discharged from liability with respect to contractual
obligations to the other party the performance of which is impeded by labour conflicts or is rendered impossible by unforeseen circumstances beyond the party's control, such as decisions by public authorities, war, or circumstances arising therefrom, internal riots, sabotage, acts of God, fire or other similar circumstances.
