I don't think the Italian quite makes sense, because it implies that if the minutes aren't read and signed, the meeting won't be closed.

agree claudiocambon : One could also say "once these minutes are read..." which suggests that this is the final task for the meeting, after which it is closed.

neutral Oliver Lawrence : this is the difficulty I had (i.e. the meeting can't be closed until the minutes of it have been agreed! even the minutes of the previous meeting are normally agreed at the beginning not the end)

I fully agree, but it's still what the Italian says!
