Spanish to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)
El tipo de evidencia (documental –visé, cuadre, conciliación manual, etc.- o magnética –fichero informático, cuadre automáticos, rastreo informático, log, etc-) que demuestra que se ha efectuado el control.

This is to do with the type of evidence being recorded about risks in control management.

There is one entry on proz here but it is still not clear to me what the translation is in this context

o también puede ser un sustantivo... como el vise, pero entonces no llevaría tilde.

to initial I found something in a financial glossary:

visé - Firma abreviada estampada en un documento para dejar constancia de haberlo visto, revisado o autorizado.

to initial - To sign a document showing with one's initials showing that it has been read, reviewed and authorised.
