Spanish term

pala retenida

Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Energy / Power Generation
The windturbine has three blades - left, right and pala retenida. Can't find the right term. Any help welcome.

In agreement with the comments below, it refers to the three feathered positions of the blade in maintenance. Checks are made on each blade turned to the left limit, to the right limit and suspended in the centre.

This comes from a checklist for inspecting a wind turbine. There is a list of elements for each blade - derecha, izquierda and retenida. I can't find a translation anywhere.

Siempre pensé que las turbinas eólicas tenían tres palas iguales y una veleta o mecanismo para oriuentarse de acuerdo a la dirección en que sopla el viento.
