Well, in the absence of any context I would say allocate or assign - they basically mean the same thing.

Thank you, that seems to be the concept yes, the user a remote-diagnosis software installed and is "send" software by an administrator. Does this help?

There's a slight chance that your non-existent context refers to remote-diagnosis software that is e-mailed to and can be installed by the user, allowing the helpdesk to remotely control the user's computer. This doesn't solve your "zuweisen" query, but I don't think it is possible to allocate or assign software to anyone. However, a user could be assigned to a category that qualifies for remote assistance and thus becomes eligible to receive the software. Unless you post contiguous wording, you can't really expect constructive help.

es gibt tatsächlich keinen Kontext, es geht um Inhalte von Anfragen an Support Helplines. Bei manchen Firmen wird SW remote zugewiesen, und kann dann vom User installiert werden.
