2. पहला शब्द संज्ञा है तो दूसरा शब्द उसी से व्युत्पन्न क्रिया है, अतः कल्पना और कल्पना करना ही यहाँ सही है।

जैसा कि राजेश जी ने कैंब्रिज शब्दकोश के हवाले से लिखा है कि envision का अर्थ है to imagine, अतः स्पष्ट है कि यह एक क्रिया है पहला शब्द vision संज्ञारूप है तो envision उसी का क्रियारूप है।

Discussion
Vision and Envision, as used in the example sentences, doesn't have an excellent expression in Hindi.
Can we coin a new expression for this--apart from transliteration.
Before putting these terms in Kudos, I knew all the terms provoided by the answerers, as well as various Urdu expressions, but I don't find myself satisfied with any of these readymade expressions.
Vision and envision incorporate more than what is presented by these Hindi terms, and in some cases, Hindi terms don't express even the semblance of vision in its English meaning. I have seen "vision" transliterated in such cases.
