This is part of a description of the facilities at a hotel:

"... piscina, ping pong, tenis, campo de FOOTBITO, zona de juegos infantiles, petanca y ahora en proyecto un mini golf ..."

This is the first time I've seen the term and can't seem to find a photo or explanation anywhere.

more info. El fútbol sala es un deporte de equipo que toma reglas de otras disciplinas deportivas como el fútbol (su base), el balonmano, el baloncesto e incluso el waterpolo. Se juega entre dos equipos de cinco jugadores, incluyendo al portero. ..El nombre inicial de este deporte fue “fútbol de salón”, y luego evolucionó a futsal (nombre utilizado en Sudamérica y por la FIFA) y a fútbol sala en España. I suppose if "futbito" is more like a pick-up game, they could have as many players as they like.

Cindy, había propuesto esa respuesta pero la retiré porque en un pdf cuyo enlace puse en mi segunda respuesta muestra una foto de una página de un periódico de España que dice que el futbito (el de España, en Perú hay otro) lo juegan equipos de 12 jugadores siendo 7 los que juegan y los demás son reemplazos. Las medidas de la cancha tampoco coinciden con las del five-a-soccer.

futbito The usual spelling (in Spain, at least) is "futbito", and it's in the big Collins dictionary: futbito sm five-a-side football, five-a-side soccer (EEUU). http://dictionary.reverso.net/spanish-english/futbito

indoor/outdoor I should clarify: while the activity is not listed on the hotel website, there is a video. Unfortunately it doesn't show anything helpful, except for some views of the gardens, so I'm leaning towards assuming it's indoor rather than outdoor.

"fulbito" field

Yo no lo traduciría y la razón es la siguiente:
Se trata de una denominación poco popular en España. Sólo hay 887 hits en google "fulbito site:es" eso es muy poco como para afirmar que es popular. Investigando encontré lo siguiente respecto a lo que es el fulbito en España, en Perú la cosa es diferente y dicen que ellos fueron los creadores: Lo transcribo porque está en un pdf de imagen.

El fulbito se practica en terrenos de 42 x 26 metros dividido en dos parcelas con una línea que señala el campo de contendiente.
Los equipos se componen de 12 jugadores, aunque intervienen en el juego solamente siete. los restantes son para reemplazos.

Ante ese panorama, me le quito el sombrero al que encuentre una traducción más o menos aceptada y que englobe ese concepto.

Muchas gracias, baligh. Al final resulta que efectivamente está dentro en este hotel, pero el cliente ha eligido "five-a-side", por eso y porque también su respuesta es correcta y él ha llegado primero, he seleccionado la respuesta de David.

I checked that bunch of pictures and most of them are football fields, and if you read my explanation I said it can be either indoor or outdoor, doesnt make any difference. I am telling you because I live in Spain and I practice this sport quite often.

About the dimensions question:

Five a Side Football Pitch

Under the rules of small sided football, the minimum dimensions of a pitch can be anywhere between 25 meters x 16.5 meters and 50 meters x 35 meters. Dimensions of proposed pitch on site are 42meters x 25meters. This size of pitch is generous enough for competitive team play. Positioned within the required North to south Axis parameters.
