Portuguese term (edited): quadro sinótico

I am not in the habit of offering guesses (even if the are disguised as "suggestions") but I will make an exception here. It is abundantly clear that it was a typo. From the text supplied it's obvious that the word is "sinótico" (not "sintico"), which is a common simplification of "sinóptico", meaning, related to synopsis, an elaborate synonym of summary. Therefore, "summary" would perfectly convey the meaning but, striving to remain faithful to, the original, I propose "synoptic overview"

"Quadro:" Just to clarify, "quadro sinótico" is a standard expression in which the word "quadro" is used figuratively. It's not an actual table or chart, but a metaphorical picture (whence "quadro"). Possibly a better known example of this kind of usage is "quadro clínico", which is not a patient's physical chart (proverbially hanging from said patient's bed frame) but a general clinical assessment of the patient.

And, as already hinted above, in this specific example, "um quadro sinótico" could very well be replaced by "uma sinopse". That would make the text somewhat less pretentious, hence somewhat more elegant.
