Spanish to English Social Sciences Cooking / Culinary Menu item

OK, so we have those typically Andaluz shrimp fritters, the "tortitas", and then there's the Asian prawn (and sesame) toasts.... I'm unsure as to what these are, although my instinct and the rest of the menu items (reasonably modern and upmarket but very Spanish) suggest to me that these are perhaps shrimp discs of the Spanish kind, the thin delicate fritters you often find... Any yays, nays, or suggestions? They would help me greatly right now! Thanks in advance UK ENG please. Cheers.
