ASTM explains that sheet, plate from coil, and discrete plate as well as flat bars are defined by their process, and they gauge and width.
Discrete plate is typically thicker and wider than sheet, flats or other products. It is manufactured using a process where the material is not coiled up first.

Trochę to dziwne. Wygląda na to, jakby chodziło o produkcję na indywidualne zamówienie. No bo co to znaczy 'indywidualne blachy'? Że są blachy zbiorowe, grupowe? O ile wiem, zawsze po walcowaniu każda blacha jest cięta na arkusze o wielkości odpowiedniej do zlecenia.
