I can't think why this word isn’t in my dictionaries as it looks simple and colloquial.
The narrator decides to look into the Qur’ān. She picks up a copy and has this to say:
به راهکارهایی برای چگونه زیستن، و نیز اتلاعاتی در مورد دیگر ادیان دست یافتم
