Hebrew term

"הודאה והדחה"

Hebrew to English Law/Patents Finance (general)
It's a legal term; for example, A admits that he has received a loan from B, but claims that he has paid B back; A is required to prove his version in court.
Is there an English equivalent?

Sorry can't back this up with evidence right now.

Assume you mean הוראה.

OK - it's just that הוראה makes more sense to me in context. However if it is indeed הודאה, then the English for that is "admission" or "admission of guilt". If you accept my answer, you will need to make sure that you change "proof and refutation" to "admission of guilt and refutation" in the glossary.
Note from asker:
no, its הודאה... with a Dalet. It appears a lot if you Google it in Hebrew. In my text it's in quotation marks... but thanks for trying!
Thanks - I know the meaning of the words; as it seems to be a fairly common legal term in Israel, I was looking for an equivalent term that may be in use by the legal profession in English.
