KM analysis estimates illustrated a steep stepwise increase in the percentage of patients who achieved a PGA score of clear (0) or minimal (1) from approximately Days 7 to 80.

Por influencia del inglés se ve con mucha frecuencia la grafía "Kaplan-Meier", con un guión intermedio (al igual que en Michaelis-Menten [y no Michealis], Boyle-Mariotte, Creutzfeldt-Jakob, Mann-Whitney-Wilcoxon, y tantos otros casos). No obstante, dado que Kaplan y Meier son los apellidos de dos personas (dos estadísticos estadounidenses) y que en castellano no es correcto reemplazar la conjunción "y" por un guión, como se suele hacer en inglés, lo correcto es decir "Kaplan y Meier" (y también Michaelis y Menten, Boyle y Mariotte, Creutzfeldt y Jakob, Mann, Whitney y Wilcoxon, etc.).
