English term
Speculative Demand
English to Arabic
Bus/Financial
Real Estate
Governmental Reports
It is mentioned several times here in this report:
"Speculative demand from investors took a significant knock as liquidity rapidly evaporated; short term capital left the UAE, including Abu Dhabi."
"In 2005-08, pent up fundamental demand for high quality properties, ... coupled with speculative demand, drove significant increases in rents and prices."
"The real estate sector has gone through a reduction in speculative demand, which can be due to currency fluctuations, investor risk aversion, and tight global liquidity."
Found an online Arabic reference, but I believe it is more related to securities and stocks than real estate:
http://www.alrakoba.net/articles-action-show-id-1958.htm
But I believe it doesn't fit here. You may find these references useful:
http://www.economicshelp.org/blog/housing/speculative-demand...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speculative_demand
http://fabforex.com/an-overview-of-speculative-a363.html
I don't think مضاربة could be used here.
Really sorry for bothering you. Please, take your time.

Note from asker:

Note from asker:

This is the demand on shares which is aimed not on long term investment, but speculation.
