Potential delays in loading vessels
Hi, again!
I would very much appreciate some help in rendering the following in a satisfactory manner.
Context:
В случае задержки подачи судна под погрузку продукции, Заказчик оплачивает сверхнормативное хранение продукции в порту в соответствии с тарифами порта против предоставления соответствующих платёжных документов.
Multitran offers a description of the above, but is there a neater way for me to translate this?

Many thanks for your help.

(delay in) presenting the vessel for loading
to present a vessel for loading
That's one of your Multitran versions, but I think it's not merely a description, but a term. I've also seen "tender" a vessel for loading, but am not positive that's precisely the same.

if the vessel is not berthed for loading on time
Lay days begin to run when the vessel is berthed or when its arrival is recorded as arrived ship.

This way, you may avoid translating "подача". The collocation "present vessel for loading" is rather frequently used, but it's not clear here who is responsible for that delay (shipowner/charterer or port authorities). Therefore, the variant "if the vessel is not available for loading in time..." seems to be most suitable for this sentence.
In context of demurrage (i.e. charge for delays in loading, unloading or sailing), "detention of the vessel for loading" is used as well, yet it may sound a bit ambiguous.

Excuse me, I have omitted the end of the phrase in the answer line: vessel is available for loading
