I'm pretty sure this means telephone banking but wanted to make sure as I really couldn't find the term really anywhere online and I wasn't sure if it was exclusively telephone banking or is it a more general term for Internet AND Telephone banking? Is the term "Bancophone" ever used in the banking world or should I just put "Telephone banking"?
