The parties:
Subject to satisfactory completion and return of the registration details below within a period of six months from purchase, [insert the XXX company in issue] (company registration number [insert number]) with address at [insert address] grants the following warranty for fibre cement slates type XXX [insert type] supplied by [insert the XXX company in issue] and installed in the [insert the territory] (the “Product(s)”).
