French term

passage en séance

Non-PRO French to English Other Management administrative
Bonjour à tout le monde --

I am translating a medical form which really consists primarily of a list of documents that doctors must submit to an ethics committee (in France).

This phrase baffles me: "passage en séance"

Any ideas how to translate it into English, or failing that, just explain what it means?

Here is the whole context:

(It is a phrase acting as a heading for page two of a list of documents:

"et au regard des documents modifiés soumis lors du second passage en séance:"

I know from an earlier part of the document that "séance"refers to a "plenary session."

I don't understand the use of "passage" here...

Grand merci!

the second time it goes before...

or

submitted at the second round of approvals (etc.)

I think SJLD's answer is probably correct for your purposes, but I just wanted to suggest a couple of alternatives that might be useufl in some circumstances.
