pôle(s) is asked on a regular basis and there should be several helpful ideas in the Kudoz glossary: http://www.proz.com/search/ I'd imagine that s'articuler could be there as well, but I can't say so with certainty. It's certainly in Fr-En dictionaries though. Are there any translations you have already rejected or one you think may work but would like to hear what others think? Please let us know what you have already.
