I understand more or less what does "leaf" mean, but how do you say "not leaf" in Spanish?

I guess it means that the data is not a block of a leaf - whatever that means in this context. A leaf is topologically a piece of data that is associated with a branch

Sin indicador de bloque hoja

Quiere decir que el índice no tiene el indicador (flag) que identifica el bloque como hoja.

Hace referencia a cómo se almacenan los índices en Oracle (ver enlace), utilizando una estructura de datos llamada b-Tree (árbol equilibrado) en la que los nodos finales que no tienen descendencia de denominan nodos hoja.
