Relates to the appointment of a "special administrator" for the affairs of a bankrupt company. I'm not sure if "special administrator" is the correct term since, as far as i know, "special administrator" is used in probate cases (estate of deceased). Any idea if this term is also used in the case of bankrupt companies?
