French term

dès 25 ans

French to English Bus/Financial General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters
Hello,
I bet this is incredibly easy, but I'm just not getting what is meant by "dès 25 ans" here. As of the 25th year? From the age of 25? Must be getting late!
Thanks in advance

I'm going from memory (I used to be a member of a Conseil de Fondation in Switzerland) - and what I recall is that young employees are exempt from personal contributions to the scheme until their 25th birthday.
If that is (still) the case, then the reference to "dès 25 years" is not a speficic detail of the adjustments they are making to the system, rather it's a reminder of the general rule.
