To purchase real estates severally or jointly owned in the conditions and costs and from persons in its discreation, to pay the cost of purchased real estate, to purchase real estate in our name through a sales commitment, sign Deed of Sale Contracts, to expound in the Registary of Title Deed, to cancel the exposition, to pay for the tax and duty in relation to the assignment and registration of the real estate that i/we shall acquire by purchase, to represent me/us in estate duty and fiscal-tax administrations, revanue offices and in all kinds official authorities, to correct the errors in relation to the names, to determine the types of real estate, to undertake and authorize in the transactions realized in Title Deed, Municipality and Tax offices, to obtain tax number and tax sheet by appliying to the tax office;
Przyjęłam, że przez Registary of Title Deed należy rozumieć urząd właściwy do spraw aktów własności. Czy chodzi o dokonywanie wpisów do rejestru prowadzonego przez ten urząd? Czy raczej chodzi o składanie wyjaśnień przed tym urzędem?
