English to French Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) contrat de services

Supplier will comply with the attached terms provided in Exhibit XXX Supplier Notification ISN-CAP65, including without limitation the placement of the required compliant label on all Covered Products (as that term is defined in Exhibit XXX Supplier Notification ISN-CAP65) or the provision to XXX of a written certification of exemption as required by Exhibit XXX Supplier Notification ISN-CAP65, with respect to each part number provided to Buyer hereunder. Supplier will cooperate fully with Buyer’s additional requests for Supplier's continued compliance with Exhibit XXX Supplier Notification ISN-CAP65.
