German term

PV

German to English Law/Patents Transport / Transportation / Shipping Aviation
In a report of an Austrian legal action, the abbreviations KV, BV, PV and SV are repeatedly used.

KV and BV clearly refer to Claimant and Defendant.

Any suggestions for PV and SV?
Proposed translations (English)
4 +1 counsel for the party

Are KV and BV spelled out somewhere? Why are you sure they stand for claimant and defendant?

But we don't know if it's a singular or plural reference in the asker's text.
