"The Load Allocation application uses available telemetered or historical measurements and distributes the resulting load to all load points on the network. The net power flow into a region bounded by one or more meters is distributed according to the relative sizes of the nominal values of the scalable loads. These measurements include ***phase amps***, phase power, total power, phase voltage, and angle from SCADA or from an EMS State Estimator. Measurements can be at feeder meters, distributed generators, and distribution loads. Non-telemetered measurements can also come from an historical database, Oracle, PI historian etc or historical profiles."
